"We", "us" and "our" refer to this company. "You" is the person or organisation creating an account or placing an order.
2. What the Service offers
thiswww sells and manages the following:
- Domain name registration. We act as a reseller of an accredited registrar. The registration itself is performed by the registrar and the relevant registry; we do not control registry decisions.
- Web hosting and VPS. These are requested through a form and reviewed manually by our team. Price and availability are confirmed with you before any payment or activation. Nothing is provisioned automatically.
- Cloud Backup. A storage service with client-side end-to-end encryption (E2EE). Your files are encrypted in your browser or app before upload, so we cannot read their contents.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password and recovery key safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
The Cloud Backup recovery key is generated on your device and is never sent to us. If you lose both your password and your recovery key, encrypted file contents cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
We may suspend or disable an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity, or that breaches these terms.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Domain orders are paid by card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The price shown at checkout, including the registration term, is the price you pay. Prices are re-verified with the registrar at the moment you place the order.
After payment, the registration is submitted to the registrar automatically. This normally completes within minutes. If it cannot be completed, the order is marked as failed and handled under the Refund Policy.
A domain is registered for the term you selected. We do not renew domains automatically yet; you are responsible for contacting us before the expiry date shown in your account. An expired domain may be released or become expensive to recover under the registry's rules.
5. Domain names
- You confirm that you have the right to register the domain and that it does not infringe third-party rights such as trademarks.
- The registrant contact details you supply (name, email, phone, address, country) are passed to the registrar and the registry as required by ICANN and registry policies. They must be accurate; false data can lead to suspension or loss of the domain.
- Some extensions need eligibility documents or have local presence rules. These are handled through a service request and may be refused.
- Domain disputes (for example UDRP) and registry policies apply to your domain in addition to these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for illegal content or activity, malware, phishing, spam, infringement of the rights of others, or anything that harms the Service or other customers. We may remove content, suspend services, or cancel a registration where we are required to do so or where we reasonably believe this rule has been broken.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Registry, registrar and payment-provider outages are outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Because Cloud Backup is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover file contents if you lose your keys. Keep your recovery key in a safe place.
9. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and the version you accepted is stored with each order. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
