Refund Policy

When a domain is registered, the registry charges us immediately and that fee is generally non-refundable. For that reason, a domain that has been successfully registered cannot normally be refunded or cancelled.

Please check the domain name, spelling and term carefully before paying. A domain registered with a typo is still a registered domain.

If your payment succeeds but the registration fails (for example because the name was taken in the meantime, or the registry rejected your contact details), the order is marked as failed and our team follows up.

• We first try to complete the registration, for example after you correct your contact details.
• If it cannot be completed, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid for that order to the original card.

Refunds are issued through Stripe. Your bank may need several business days to show the credit.

Hosting and VPS requests are reviewed manually and are only charged after we confirm price and availability with you. If you cancel before the service is activated, nothing is charged or the amount is returned. After activation, refunds are handled according to the plan terms that we confirm with you in writing.

Cloud Backup plans can be cancelled at any time. Unless the plan terms confirmed at purchase say otherwise, fees already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract for services. A domain registration is a service that starts immediately at your express request. At checkout you confirm that you request immediate registration and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the domain has been registered. If you cancel within 14 days before registration is completed, you receive a full refund.

This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law, such as rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services.
