How quickly is my domain registered?
Right after your card payment is confirmed, the order is sent to the registry automatically. Some country extensions, such as .com.tr, need eligibility documents and cannot be bought instantly.
Can I transfer a domain to thiswww?
Transfers are handled as a request: choose the domain option on the Hosting and VPS request form. Our team reviews it and gets back to you. Instant self-service transfer is not available yet.
How do I renew my domain?
Automatic renewal is not available yet. You can see each domain's expiry date in your account. Contact support before it expires and we will take care of the renewal with you.
What is your refund policy?
A registered domain cannot normally be refunded, because the registry charges us at registration. If a payment goes through but the registration fails, the order is marked as failed and our team follows up. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Can I change DNS and nameservers?
Yes. New domains start on our default nameservers, and you can point them anywhere from the My domains list in your account. A built-in DNS record editor is not available yet.
Is my data private? What about KVKK and GDPR?
Domains are registered with WHOIS privacy on by default, and we only use your contact details to register and manage your domain. Cloud Backup files are encrypted in your browser, so we cannot read them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How do hosting and VPS work?
Hosting and VPS are requested through a form and reviewed by our team. We confirm availability and the price before anything is charged, and set the service up manually, so activation is not instant.
